Metronik solution provides automation and control of air-conditioning and ventilation equipment (HVAC), control of energy systems in manufacturing plants, cold stores and office buildings. It provides efficient control of energy systems, appropriate working conditions and rational use of energy. Also real time view devices, alarming, errors diagnostic and archiving of process data is provided. Integrated with METRONIK MES system critical ambient data for a system of traceability are automatically transmitted.

High reliability of the systems is assured by using of industrial automation equipment from the world known manufacturers GE Intelligent Platforms and Honeywell and the use of proven algorithms for energy systems.

Automation and IT support of mixing animal feed materials

For mixing materials Metronik offers technologically modern solutions for automation. In addition to computer control of production processes and animal feed premixes (feed process, mixing, palletizing and transport of bulk materials) Metronikov system also includes information management support for mixing.

Metronikov system is implemented in industrial controllers and SCADA software, Proficy SCADA iFIX from GE Intelligent Platforms. It complies with regulations of quality, labeling and packaging of animal feed materials on the market (Official RS, no. 80/2006) and the EU regulation 178/2002.
