Mona Naturprodukte – MePIS MES System
In Mona Naturprodukte (Mona), the leading Austrian manufacturer of soya based beverages, Metronik and T&G are implementing manufacturing execution IT system MePIS, which offers a comprehensive set of functionalities for managing and optimizing production of soya beverages.
The MePIS OPEX IT system was introduced to manage production efficiency at the two main locations of the group, i.e.the Laško brewery and the Union brewery.The MePIS system automatically acquires data on the operation of production lines, detects downtimes, gathers business information from the SAP IT system and calculates key performance indicators on efficiency.
At Droga Kolinska’s Slovenian production plants, Metronik has implemented the MePIS manufacturing production system with the aim of providing traceability and managing efficiency (OEE) and linked it both to the SAP ERP system and to the warehouse management system. Metronik has also provided Droga with the automation of its energy systems.
The MePIS manufacturing IT system has been introduced at Ljubljanske Mlekarne dairy company sites, including production sites in Ljubljana and Maribor, with the main task of providing traceability and quality and managing effectiveness (OEE). The MePIS system is integrated with the SAP and the warehouse management system.
Ljubljanske Mlekarne also features a process historian for storing process data and Metronik’s MePIS energy management support system.
The Zagorka brewery, which is part of the Heineken Group and is among the largest breweries in Bulgaria, selected Metronik’s MePIS OPEX system as the most suitable solution for monitoring efficiencyat its bottling plants. At these sites the system automatically detects downtimes and calculates the efficiency of the bottling at the plant, which means that the responsible staff can monitor the situation at the production level, downtimes and the efficiency rate without any additional workload for line operators.
Working with our Austrian partner T&G, the Austria-based Mona Naturprodukte company is introducing the comprehensive MePIS production system, which by monitoring efficiency, quality and energy consumption parameters in connection with the deployment of the analytical and laboratory module enables more effective use of energy and improved efficiency of both machinery and workforce.
The Austrian company Vöslauer, the largest producer of mineral water in Austria, has decided to implement Metronik’s MePIS OPEX production system with the aim of providing operation excellence and advanced production control. The MePIS OPEX system has been introduced at the mineral water bottling plant, one of the largest plants of this type in the region. Working alongside our partner T&G, we were able to get the system up and running in just three months.
Celjske Mesnine is using the MePIS Food manufacturing IT system, which provides for the managing of production by work orders, handling material management at the production level, complete material traceability, managing quality, designation of material at the production level, consignment of raw materials, preparation of deliveries and generating reports pursuant to applicable standards.
