In designing these systems, we diligently follow all regulatory requirements and standards and the recommendations given by the industry itself.
The Krka pharmaceutical company employs several HVAC, technology management, production and cleanroom IT control systems. Metronik has also introduced the MePIS OPEX production portal, including the production effectiveness system (OEE), while Krka and Metronik are making efforts in the area of serialization and efforts to ensure the so-called Anti-Counterfeiting.
At Lek production sites, Metronik has implemented HVAC and energy control systems, including cleanroom control, along with management systems for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical technologies. Solutions for the detection and classification of downtimes on packing lines and process historian for the needs of production and development have been put in place.
At Pliva, Metronik introduced several automation systems for batch production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) control, IT-supported production control and management of pharmaceutical technologies. Several systems for managing and control of energy devices, HVAC and cleanrooms have been introduced.
The MePIS LS Production IT system for managing production processes and material flow in pharmaceutical production has been put into use at the Jadran Galenski Laboratorij pharmaceuticals company. The system has been enhanced with the MePIS OPEX system, providing the possibility of calculating and real-time display of key production indicators. Several HVAC and energy management systems, including cleanroom control, and pharmaceutical technology management systems have been put into operation.
